Combine your photography with the translucent character of encaustic paint. Learn to incorporate your images and encaustic onto a panel as collage or by attaching the image directly onto a panel as a basis for further work. Emphasis is given to choosing the right image for this process, along with layering, and surface embellishments only possible with encaustic. All equipment and materials are provided; the instructor will reach out to students prior to the start of class for instructions regarding photos.
